There are some information regarding yourself that we need to collect and hold. Some of them are your full name, birth date, your gender, the postal address, your mobile number, the email, the details regarding the password. And few information regarding the medical history and also the details of the travel insurance.

Our Contract

• By booking with Dream Nepal Travels & Tours Pvt. Ltd, you need to agree the terms and conditions
• Between September and November, and March and May: 50% down payment required before departure
• Offseason (December to February, June to August): 50% down payment required 60 days before departure
• No refunds after the trip has commenced
• Passport, insurance, visa, and health certificates are required
• Payments should be sent to our account by telex or SWIFT transfer

Travel Arrangement Confirmation Details

For confirming your travel arrangement, you need to provide us with the requested details. The required information may vary.

• The trip can be cancelled before departure in case of terrorism, natural calamities, or political instability.
• The land price of your trip includes accommodations, transportation, sightseeing, and meals as detailed in the tour itinerary.
• The land price of your trip does not include domestic or international flights unless specified, airport transfers, taxes, extra baggage fees, passport and visa fees, or travel insurance.
• For short trips, there is no minimum requirement, but certain limitations apply for trekking.
• There is no maximum age limit, but individuals must ensure they are physically and mentally fit before travel, with medical advice sought at least two months in advance.
• A valid passport must be carried at all times, and travelers are responsible for entry refusal by any country.
• Travel insurance is mandatory.
• We reserve the right to change the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Information We Collect About You

Traveling with children in Nepal can be enjoyable, especially in Kathmandu, where there are many child-friendly restaurants with gardens, and hotels that cater to children. The monkeys at Pashupatinath Temple offer a unique experience for children, but it's important to remind them not to tease or mock these beautiful creatures.

In addition to Kathmandu, Bhaktapur is another city that can bring excitement to children with its temples and friendly people. Homestay options are also available there. Another city worth exploring with children is Pokhara, known for its tranquil atmosphere. Pokhara offers attractions such as Fewa Lake, Begnas Lake, stupas, caves, and more, which can bring peace to a child's heart and mind. For young children, there are provisions for porters who can carry them where they need to go, while slightly older children can enjoy short hikes.

Chitwan, specifically Chitwan National Park, is another child-friendly destination. The park's wildlife, including rhinos, elephants, tigers, crocodiles, and deer, can spark curiosity in children. Lastly, Pokhara city offers various hotels and guesthouses that children love to stay in.
