Booking Procedure

• During the Season (September - November) and (March - May), a down payment of half (50%) of the tour's cost is required 180 days prior to the departure of the program. The remainder (50%) is required 90 days prior to the departure of the program or upon the arrival of the client/s.
• During the Off-Season (December - February) and (June - August), a down payment of half (50%) of the tour's cost is required 60 days prior to the departure of the program. The remainder (50%) is required 30 days prior to the departure of the program or upon the arrival of the client/s.
• There will be no refunds if you leave a trip for any reason whatsoever, either voluntarily or involuntarily after the trip has begun. No refunds will be made for any meals, accommodation, or services not utilized.
• Cancellation must be given in writing and will apply from the date notice is received. Cancellation charges are as follows: 60 - 30 days ahead: 50% 30 - 15 days: 75% Less than 15 days: 100% of the invoiced costs.
• Any disputes concerning the booking are subject to Nepalese law and should be notified in writing within 35 days of completion of the tour.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a valid passport, visa, insurance, health certificates, and travel documents. Any extra costs due to the lack of any of these documents must be borne by you.
