Booking Procedure

During the Season (September - November) and (March - May), a down payment of half (50%) of the tour's cost is required 180 days prior to the departure of the program. The remainder (50%) is required 90 days prior to the departure of the program or upon the arrival of the client/s.

During the Off-Season (December - February) and (June - August), a down payment of half (50%) of the tour's cost is required 60 days prior to the departure of the program. The remainder (50%) is required 30 days prior to the departure of the program or upon the arrival of the client/s.

There will be no refunds if you leave a trip for any reason whatsoever, either voluntarily or involuntarily after the trip has begun. No refunds will be made for any meals, accommodation, or services not utilized.

Cancellation must be given in writing and will apply from the date notice is received. Cancellation charges are as follows: 60 - 30 days ahead: 50% 30 - 15 days: 75% Less than 15 days: 100% of the invoiced costs.

Any disputes concerning the booking are subject to Nepalese law and should be notified in writing within 35 days of completion of the tour.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a valid passport, visa, insurance, health certificates, and travel documents. Any extra costs due to the lack of any of these documents must be borne by you.
