During the Season (September - November) and (March - May), down payment of half (50%) of the (tour's cost is required 180 days prior to departure of the programme. The remainder (50%) is required 90 days prior to departure of the programme or upon the arrival of client / s.
During the off Season (December-February) and (June-August) down payment of half (50 %) of the tour's cost is required 60 days prior to departure of the programme. The remainder (50%) is required 30 days prior to departure of the programme or upon the arrival client / s.
There will be no refunds if you leave a trip for any reason whatsoever, either voluntarily or involuntarily after the trip has begun no refunds will be made for any meals, accommodation or services not utilized.
Notice: Cancellation must be given in writing and will apply from the date notice is received. Cancellation charges 60 - 30 days ahead, 50% 30 -15 days 75 %, less than 15 days 100 % of the invoiced costs.
Any disputes concerning the booking are subject to Nepalese law and should be notified in writing within 35 days of completion of the Tour.
It is your responsibility to see that you have a valid passport, visa, insurance, health certificates and travel documents. Any extra costs due to lack of any of these documents must be borne by you
The Payments should he sent to our account by telex or SWIFT transfer.
